• Quiet running by direct mounted shafts with impeller of PP/FRP
• The standard motor fitted is a weather-proof 3-Phase squirrel cage enclosed type with self lubrication bearing and specially designed extended shafts.
• The case is constructed from hot pressed PPGL and the attached fan inlet due to its design provides particularly good entry condition for the incoming air to the impeller.
• The impeller is a forward curved multi blade, each piece injection molded polypropylene (PP) incorporation a steel reinforced hub. The design ensures that there is no contact between corrosive gases and the steel motor shaft or impeller hub. Each impeller is dynamically balanced.
• The supporting frame is made from M.S. angle structure design to vibration absorption.
• The ducting pipe with necessary bends, elbows and flanges also of PP/FRP, FRP, PVC, HDPE.
